The NXTLL is a 2-day high-performance development camp designed for youth players aged 9–17 years, led by some of the game’s most respected names Nate Myles, Todd Carney, Jarrod Croker and Dan Ferris.

WHAT PLAYERS GAIN FROM THE 2-DAY ELITE DEVELOPMENT CAMP

Day 1

Technical Skill Development

Athletes sharpen their core rugby league skills through high-quality coaching in contact, ball control, defence, and decision-making. They learn correct movement shapes, safer technique, and the fundamentals that underpin long-term progression.

Day 1

Position-Specific Coaching From NRL Experts

Forwards, spine players, and outside backs rotate through tailored sessions with Nate Myles, Todd Carney, and Jarrod Croker. Each athlete receives role-specific detail that immediately lifts confidence, clarity, and game understanding.

Day 1

Tactical Awareness & Game IQ Growth

Players learn spacing, communication, ruck recognition, and how to read cues under pressure. The focus is on teaching players why decisions are made, not just what to do; building smarter, more adaptable athletes.

Day 2

Competition, Confidence & Controlled Adversity

Day 2 challenges athletes to apply their skills in competitive, high-intensity scenarios that test their resilience and composure. They learn how to respond to mistakes, fatigue, and pressure not shy away from it; building genuine confidence.

Day 2

Game Simulation & Integrated Performance

Players take part in small-sided games and controlled match play, linking technique to real-game tempo. This bridges the gap between training and performance, helping kids understand their role and trust their abilities.

Day 2

Mentorship, Leadership & Personal Growth

A dedicated NRL mentor session teaches lessons in professionalism, teamwork, motivation, and attitude. Athletes walk away with stronger self-belief, clearer personal standards, and a sense of pride in what they can achieve on and off the field.
